This morning was truly a meeting in the gloom for the 6 men who showed up, despite temps in the low 40s and rain.
- Jog around track and down to lower circle.

- Pullups x 10 OYO
- Grab a traveling rock
- With rock held over your head, indian run back up to track and 1 lap around track, finishing at upper field.
- Rock suicides (12 cones). Take rock to first cone, then run back. Then go pick up your rock and take it to the next cone and run back. Continue through all 12 cones.
- Standard Merkin x 25
- Run with rock all the way to the road and back
- Standard Merkin x 25
- Lunge between cones, doing increasing bicep curls from 1 to 12 all the way to the road
- Indian run with rock backwards around track along same original path back to rock pile
- Pullups x 10 OYO, no time for Mary.
This workout seemed to be well liked despite the constant movement. One of the Pax said it was about 6000 steps and the average is normally 4000. Prayers up, another Monday in the books!
