3 sets of 5 burpess, 20X good mornings, 20X Wind mill, 20 merkins X2, calf stretch q count, 30 SSH

We moved briskly into a set of 11’s

Bear crawl from one end of the turf to the other. Burpees and Squats. LBCs until everyone is done

Pick a bench for 3 sets of 20 reps, Derkins, Irkins,Dips, elevated homer to marge

20 merkins, 30 SSH, LBCs
