We had a good turn out even for a cool rainy morning. First thing ran to warm up while wait for what we thought was whiteshoe. Turns out it was some other pax so we just left instead. Started with 30 count dips and handrail pull-ups. Next ran down to soccer field for a “four corner” routine. Three sets of excersises at each corner of the field with a sprint between. Including crab rolls, alt oblique crunches, diamond merkins, bridge march, bridge kicks, standard merkins, cannonballs, Freddie Mercuries and cross fit merkins. Finished off with a jog back to the cars. All told about 2.5mi
