After being out for a few weeks from the nut cracker, it was time to dial things back up and no better way than to head over to the rails for some CSAUP.
Warm Up: Start the long jog to the rails with the following exercises along the way. SSH x25, Fazio Arm Circles x15 forward x15 backward, Cotton Picker x15, and Mountain Climbers x25 slow to fast cadence.
Once the PAX made it to the rails, everyone partnered up. Exercises were conducted in the following order going up the hill between the rails and then jogging back around to the bottom of the hill: forward partner carry x2, backward partner carry x2, wheelbarrow x2, crabwalk x1, backwards bear crawl x1, and lastly bear crawl down the hill x1.
To wrap up everyone jogged back at their own piece, rounding out a total of 3 miles during the workout
