Bear crawl / Lunge walk down to the first bridge. (30 steps, switch)
11s on the Biiiiiig Hill up to the bridge. Start, bottom: 1 Irkin, 1 derkin (on bridge railings) / Top: 10 pull ups.
Plank until all finish
Round 2: start, bottom: 1 irkin, 1 derkin / Top: 5 pull ups (may be adjusted for time)
Jog back to start, Mary (as time allows), exeunt. Now let’s see how many of you show up.
