Here’s what we got. Instead of the average loop race, you and your partner have 3 stations to complete in this order…

Partner up, fellowship jog to the Kite for quick warm up. Head to base of big hill.

Station 1: Start Base of Big Hill – 10 Merkins each then run to the top 440 bridge – 10 burpies each – run back down. Repeat once to complete station 1.

Run to the start of Station 2 – the POND, starting at the intersection coming from the BigHill. 5 full laps starting with 5 Burpies, 5 Merkins, 5 StarJumps each, at the start of each lap. After completion of 5th lap, station 2 complete.

Run to start of Station 3 – base of grass hill. A set of 7’s. Starting with 7 WW2 situps, and 1 Burpie at the top…The first and last trip down the grass hill must be bear crawled.

At the conclusion of the 3rd station, it is a sprint to the finish at the top parking lot, where the winners lead in some closing Mary. The bell will be rung to head to top Parking lot at 6:10 if still working.
