If you know me well, then you know I love hills and despise mumblechatter.  Because of those truisms, I offer you the following circuit tomorrow morning at THE Judge.

Warm up jog along the blue line path thing down to the bridge at the bottom of the hill (hereinafter “lower bridge.”)

Once the PAX reach the lower bridge, partner up.  Partner 1 runs from the lower bridge, up the hill to the bridge spanning I-440 (hereinafter “upper bridge.”)  Upon reaching the upper bridge, perform 5 burpees and run back down to the lower bridge.  Do not run across the bridge, at least not yet.  Partner 2 stays on the lower bridge doing continuous sets of 20 hand release merkins, 20 prisoner squats, 20 4-count flutters until Partner 1 returns.  Switch and repeat until each PAX has been up the hill thrice (i.e. 3 times).

After the hill ascents are completed, run from the lower bridge to the upper bridge.  For the rest of the remaining time, wheelbarrow across the upper bridge (that’s right, wheelbarrow over I-440), rotating with your partner on a p.r.n. basis (that’s “as needed” to the lay persons out there) until you reach the other side.  Once there, 10 burpees each and run back across the bridge.  Rinse and repeat until time is called at 6:10ish.  That’ll give us time to run it back to the parking lot.

Holla!
