22 PAX arrived on time (and three late) to Pink’s VQ for a total of 25. It was a perfect 48 degree morning, meaning everyone would have to work a little extra to break a sweat.

The PAX moseyed to the parking lot Jeremy style (Pearl Jam…Jeremy…Arms raised in a “V”) for warm-ups.

30 SSH
10 arm circles front and back
12 Willie Mays Hayes
12 Imperial Walkers
15 burpees OYO with last 5 completed with diamond grip merkins.

The Thang:
The PAX moseyed with high knees back to the big hill for 3×15 overhand rows alternating with 3×20 mountain climbers.

Next, each man found a steep part of the hill for clock merkins. Starting at the 12:00 o’ clock position, the PAX did one merkin, then rotated to the 1:00 position for another, and so on until we finished back at 12:00. After a 10 second break, the PAX went back to the future with clock merkins in reverse.

After a short jog, the PAX completed 40, 40, and 50 dips, with each set interrupted by 25, 25, and 30 box jumps onto the picnic table benches.

A short mosey later, the PAX found themselves in the middle of 75 toe raises (feel the Bern).

Then the fun began…

Splitting the hill into 3 sections of about 50 yards, 75 yards, and another 50 yards, the PAX cranked out the following:

Round 1: Bear crawl the first section, sprint the next two, dank recovery to wait for the PAX to finish.
Round 2: Sprint the first section, traveling burpees through the second section, sprint the third, dank recovery.
Round 3: Sprint the first two sections, crawl bear the third, lunge recovery.

The PAX finished with a couple announcements for upcoming races, and a prayer for Mumbles’ neighbor Roberto to find his way back to the Lord.

A good time was had by all.
