I suggest that you spend some time Friday studying up because there will be a 10 burpee penalty for every incorrect calculus question.

For those who need a refresher on the Pythagorean Theorem, Spurrier is leading study hour at 6:15 at Quickhatch….and I’ll do a burpee for everyone who shows up wearing a pocket-protector on their jersey.

Indian Run to the Crick ‘play area’ –

  • Split Squats x 14 (each leg)
  • Derkins x14
  • Jump Ups x14

Indian Run the rock pit, avoiding the Tae Kwon Do setup crew –

  • Goblet Squat with Rock x 14
  • Curls x14
  • Overhead Press x14
  • run to far end of parking section
  • Merkins x14
  • Run back to start
  • Repeat series oyo for 10 minutes

Return rocks, run to the rails.  Rail climb around building annex, then plank it out

Indian Run to the Pavilion

  • Step Ups x14
  • Feet-Elevated Carolina Dry Docks x14
  • Dip x 14

Finish with Mary –

  • LBC x 20
  • Flutters x 20
