With a warm version of the gloom at hand, an 11 man group gathered to get their sweat on.  Here is what went down:

  • Jog around tennis courts
  • SSH x 20 IC
  • Imperial Walker x 20 IC
  • Mountain Climber x 20 IC
  • Merkin x 25
  • Run to graveyard and gather around flag. 1 set of 20 Merkins while everyone catches up, then another set of 20 Merkins
  • Run back to park
  • Partner up – bullfrog halfway across tennis courts, then switch positions and continue
  • Burpee bullfrog – 1 man chillcut plank, other man Burpee broad jump over him. Continue this all the way across 4 tennis courts
  • Relocate to straightaway
  • Partner carry entire straightaway (switch at halfway point)
  • 20 Squats OYO
  • Partner carry back uphill on straightaway switching at halfway point
  • One partner chillcut planks while other side hops 20 count over him.  Switch and repeat
  • Bropee x 5 then 1 man runs to halfway point of straightaway while other does AMRAP WWI situps. Switch (10 Bropees total)
  • Circle up in parking lot for Mary
  • Guantanamo (partner throws legs down) 10 count each man
  • Low slow flutter x 20 IC
  • LBC x 20 IC
  • Standard Merkin x 20
  • Plank-o-rama 10 count around the horn

Good work by all. Welcome FNG Sassy!  Given this name because of his employer (everyone was a little foggy from the workout so this is the best we could do). Greatest part of the morning was seeing Banana Seat back in the saddle – keep it up sir!
