From home base in parking lot, run to first cone for Nipplers (X15), head back home, plank hold while everyone finishes.

Run to second cone for Star Jumps (X15), back to first cone for Nipplers(X15), back to home for planks

Run to third cone for Merkins (X15), back to second cone for Star Jumps (X15), back to first cone for Nipplers (X15), back to home for planks

Run to fourth cone for Prisoner Squats (X15), back to third cone for Merkins (X15), back to second cone for Star Jumps (X15), back to first cone for Nipplers (X15), back to home for planks

Run to fifth cone for curb derkins, back to fourth cone for Prisoner squats (X15),  back to third cone for Merkins (X15), back to second cone for Star Jumps (X15), back to first cone for Nipplers (X15), back to home for planks

Run to sixth cone for Burpees (X15)  with a “SUCK IT BOYS” from Dingo,  back to fifth cone for curb derkins, back to fourth cone for Prisoner squats (X15),  back to third cone for Merkins (X15), back to second cone for Star Jumps (X15), back to first cone for Nipplers (X15), back to home for planks

At some point Peach Pit and Fudd mentioned they were calling an audible for “Partner Nipplers”, which evolved into chatter with Epoxy of “Reverse Partner Carry” and “Up Close Wheelbarrow.” Then partner 7s became “wait, 1st you have to derkin ur partner, then you have to put your head between his legs?” If you are heading to Fayetteville Saturday, you might want to drive solo.
