Warmup: yog, SSH, IWs, random exercises…

Tabata: 20 seconds of 1 exercise as hard as you can, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds of another exercise as hard as you can, 10 seconds rest – rinse and repeat x4 to get 4 minutes of aerobic and anaerobic excisement

Session 1: sprinting in place and air squat tuck jumps
Lounges across the field (there was nothing about “lounging” as we walking lunged about 2 miles across the field)
Session 2: mountain climbers and fire hydrants
Lounges across the field (again, not fun)
Session 3: plank low-jacks (or as we have dubbed them, flying Vs) and in/out merkins

Now that we were on the verge of vomiting, Doogie took over for Wimbledon #3 – 2 circuits
Circuit 1: balls to wall x10, sprint to end line, 10 merkins, sprint back, balls to wall x10, sprint to second court end line, 10 merkins, sprint back, balls to wall x10,…. repeat until 5 courts
Circuit 2: wall sits x10, backward sprint to first court, 10 air squats, sprint back, wall sits x10, backward sprint to second court, etc… repeato for all 5 courts again

Find a 3foot concrete wall – Derkin – Tuck jump pyramids – 5 derkins, 1 wall jump – 4 derkins, 2 wall jumps… 1 derkin, 5 wall jumps
