It was a cold 28 degrees this morning and Birkenstock, Rouge, Amtrak, Nickelback, 3 doors down, Yoplait, Slate and yours truly just got trashed by Kanye’s Quick hatch Q ( The Jack Web is going to haunt us) 3 more joined in to start the morning out right.
The Thang
12 guys head to the rock pile and pick up a rock that you can hold in each hand. You will not be able to put the rock down the entire workout so please choose wisely.
Warm up on the way to my favorite hill. It’s only 3/4 of a mile away. (Easy if you picked the proper rock) 1st exercise

Let’s start are way to the Hill. Whose hands are cold? Mine are a bit numb! Did you know a single rock can stay frozen for up to 30 Minutes! That’s a 5 pound ice cube in each hand.
2 lines pick a partner. Rocks go where Q says. Over the head- out in front- to the side- behind you. Damn! Someone dropped a rock! Burpees 5 with your rock. I will stress again please hold on to the rock.
The Hill.
Partner 1 up and down with the rock while partner 2 is doing Random exercises with the rock. Switch with partner. When partner gets back Squat hold until everyone is back.
At this point there was some complaining about how F#%&ing cold the rocks were. So QIC had everyone drop rock for a bit and shake it out. Unfortunately the damage had been done.
Continuing the hill 6 more times. Let’s make our way back. Hands up- out front. Dang Q dropped the rock! Burpees keep going. Dropped it again sorry guys. We almost made it back and Q suggested to partner to drop his rock. Thinking it was over, He did. 5 more burpees. Kanye thought it would be funny to drop his rock. It was not. 5 More. Return rocks and finish with some quick Mary.
