Show up to Pullen for a Modified Murph (Unless you bring your own 20lb weighted vest/sack that is)
Start at 7am
- 1 – Mile
- 100 – Pull Ups
- 200 – Push Ups (Murcans)
- 300 – Squats
- 1 – Mile
Head to the Bell Tower off Hilsborogh and meet up with your F3 brothers who didn’t DD.

- 2.5 Miles
- 12 – Doughnuts (Unless your Captain Kangaroo)
- 2.5 – Miles
Finish:
- Nap -1
But why? Well why not?
