Show up to Pullen for a Modified Murph (Unless you bring your own 20lb weighted vest/sack that is)

Start at 7am

  • 1 – Mile
  • 100 – Pull Ups
  • 200 – Push Ups (Murcans)
  • 300 – Squats
  • 1 – Mile

Head to the Bell Tower off Hilsborogh and meet up with your F3 brothers who didn’t DD.

Start at 8am

  • 2.5 Miles
  • 12 – Doughnuts (Unless your Captain Kangaroo)
  • 2.5 – Miles

Finish:

  • Nap -1

But why? Well why not?

  1. You’ll be hungry
  2. You’ll already have good parking
  3. You’ll earn those extra calories.
  4. You’ll earn braggin rights.
  5. Burt did this last year and plans to do it again right?
