-Sisyphus is 100 ft of elevation gain. That was 400 feet up hill along with close to 100 merkins and 70 burpees. Every man should be proud of what he endured.

  • Now that was a burner. Loved the workout, but hated it too. The good news, I will not be known as the QIC that took us up Sisyphus 4-times in one workout. Well led. Beat down indeed.
