The rains came off and on throughout the morning, but we were not going to allow a rain delay. Instead we pressed on gladly enjoying this unusually warm November morning.

A quick step over to the Pavilion for Double Jump Ups x 15, Decline Merkins x 15, Single Leg Squats x 15, Donkey Kicks x 15. Repeato using the other leg for solo leg stuff.
We headed over to the hill for Backwards Run up the Hill, Prisoner Squats x 10, Bear Crawl down, and plank x 10. Do it again!
Slide over to the Building for People’s Chair x 60, Plank x 15, Putin x 15, Sarkozy x 15, Low Plank Hold x 15, and People’s Chair x 60
Grab some ground for Mary part 1, Iron Butterfly x 20, Russian Hammers x 10, LBCs x 20, and Rosa-Dolly x 20.
At the Tennis Courts we did an M Run up one side and down the next, followed by a little more planking.
Finally, we did Mary part 2, WWII Sit Ups x 20, Mountain Climbers x 20, Freddy Mercury x 20, Windshield Washers x 20, Peter Parkers x 20, and Parker Peters x 20.
Not much to say. We were misted on a lot, but the heavy rains held off until we were in our cars. Then Mama Nature let her rip. YHC always hopes the PAX gets their money’s worth.
