21 faithful gathered for a dry day at Ball Bearings for the first time in recent memory.  It felt good to get back to business after a couple days of R&R after the GORUCK.

The Thang:

Warmup with SSH x 30, Squats x 20, Imperial Walkers x 20.  Mosey down the street and around the corner with butt-kickers and high-knees.  Continue mosey over to the lower field where we circle up for a series of burpees.  20 burpees in unison followed by a lap around the field.  Repeato x 5 with a final set of 25 burpees for good measure for a total of 105 burpees and 5 laps around the field.  Good Livin!

Mosey up Hamburger Hill, past the House of Cats and over to the upper field.  Partner up for Bobby Petrinos.  Carry your partner to 50 yard line, switch, partner carries the rest of the way.  Switch again and repeat on the way back.  Two sets.

Mosey to the Stone Circle for derkins x 15, dips x 15, box jumps x 15, derkins x 10, dips x 10, box jumps x 10.

Finish with some Mary:  Freddy Mercury x 20, high-slow flutter x 20, WWII situps x 20, six inch leg hold with 3 count around the circle.

Moleskin:

The PAX seemed to love the series of burpees to start the morning off!  I always enjoy hearing their words of thankfulness and appreciation.

Couldn’t believe we didn’t have any moisture falling from the skies this morning.  Seems like it’s been wet, cold and muddy at Ball Bearings since September.  Yes, we do like our mud at BB!
