Line up against the wall 3 at a time do 25 Merkins, 20 air squats and 15 pull ups – (modified to 30 Merkins and 30 Air squats as the pull up bar was down!)
People on wall alternate between peoples chair and balls to wall as they await their turn for Merkins and squats.
Run up the hill turning at the circle and running backwards to the rail
