Mozy to tennis courts- 30x BTW, 30x People’s chair, dragon walk to half court, 10x Derkin on the net, broad jump back, People’s chair until all return. Mozy to the bottom of Sisyphus, partner up- size matters, 50x partner Derkins, partner carry up Sisyphus, dying cockroach until all arrive. Split into 2 groups 1: rounds of 5x pull UPS onto he monkey bars until 2 calls switch. 2: 10x Single leg squat L & R in cadence. SWITCH. Repeat. Mozy to the parking lot. Mary: 30x reverse LBC, 30x Flutter kicks, 30x Freddie mercury, 15x homer to Marge. Sprint to the opposite end and back. 20x WW2, Sprint again and you’re done.
