Take off to bank building and 10x good afternoon, 10 IW, 10 SM. Mosey down to rock pile. Find an ego rock. Partner up. P1 bearcrawl to top of lot. P2 rock curls. Do this 4 times. Then more rock curls, over head rock extensions and rock rows. Run to train station. 30 dips. run to parking deck and grab a PVC tube with concrete. Lung walk up the ramp and run the rest. 10 burpees. Plank hold around the horn x 10. Jog to next ramp with tube. Lungewalk up again and 10 burpees at top. Jog around and down stairs. Put tubes down and back to start. 15 count each man x 6 of mary exercises.
