Announcing a new Saturday AO – Vatican City

Beginning on Saturday, 2/20/2021 F3 Raleigh will be launching a brand-new Saturday AO called Vatican City.

The workouts will be located at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral (715 Nazareth Street) and take place from 0700 – 0800 on Saturdays. This will be a FNG-friendly workout, with no more than 2 total miles being covered during each post. Coco Crisp, Hot Tub Time Machine, and Yogi will serve as the Site Qs.
