The warm up:

A jog around the parking lot followed by SSH, Hillbillies, Imperial Walkers, Good Mornings, and Cotton Pickers

The Thang

A time was set for 15 min and we ran through an agility ladder then diverted in a direction towards cones and performed various foot drills along the way. Everyone held low squat or plank until the 6 was caught up and we rinsed and repeated until time.

Workin’ ‘Round the Clock

12 cones were set up to resemble a clock and we all started in our respective “1 o’clock” positions. We performed each exercise in increasing replicates (1, 2, 3, …. 11, 12) for a total of 78 reps for each exercise. Exercises:  Merkins, Getups, Squats.  Due to time constraints getups were cut short after the “10 o’clock” positin.

Mary

Alternated “in and outs” and 6″ hold for 20 seconds followed by 10 second rest. Repeated for 8 rounds.
