Circle up on tennis courts for partner accountability reps

  • 80 burpees while partner planks – 10 at a time, then switch until pair gets to 80.  Run laps around tennis court until everyone finished.
  • 100 WWII sit ups while partner does low slow squats – 10 at a time, the switch until pair gets to 100.   Run laps around tennis court until everyone finished.
  • 100 wide grip merkins while partner in chilcut plank – 10 at a time, then switch until pair gets to 100.   Run laps around tennis court until everyone finished.

Moved over to picnic tables.  Partner 1 runs to bottom of sisaphys while partner 2 does 5 merkins, 10 durkins, 15 urkins, 20 left-right step ups and 25 reverse LBC’s.  Repeato until partner returns.

Moving Mary – circle up

  • LBC’s – then one lap around parking lot
  • Plank jacks and wide grip merkins – then one lap around parking lot
  • Reverse LBC’s
