7 gathered for a fun morning with Temps hovering around 30 degrees. With many of our group participating in the first annual Holly Springs half this weekend, I was surprised to see this many. The beat down was on.
- SSH x 25 IC
- Run 1 Mile through neighborhoods
- Get a spot at your favorite picnic table, then 10 sets of 10/20/30 totaling:
- 100 box jumps
- 200 merkins (80 standard, 60 irkins, 60 derkins)
- 300 dips
- Run 1 Mile via 4 laps around track sprinkled in throughout sets
Triceps were toast after this. We were even fortunate enough to get a contact high from a local Colorado resident who probably wasn’t sure what to think about a bunch of dudes in black counting out loud. Prayers up, another Monday in the books!
