YHC had plans for using the shelter and circle lot so running in was going to be the only option.
YHC’s other plan was to get these PAX shedding layers. As soon as I said that out loud I knew that didn’t sound right. Oh well, let’s see if it happened!

Count of in 4s and head to the shelter for

Each corner has an exercise. Do as many reps or as long as you can until you break then move to the next corner as a group.

4 ways to complete a lap. Go as far as you can on each one then switch to the next until you crap out and sprint to the end.
