17 Pax were in attendance on this warm and clear February morning. We began with a light jog that included karaoke (left and right), side shuffle (left and right) and headed back to the basketball cul-de-sac.

Warm Up:
• SSH x25
• Mountain climbers (20)
• Imperial walkers x10
• Fazio arm circles x20 (forward and reverse)
• Standard Merkins x20
• Plank jacks x20

The Thang:

Merkin-Barrows:
After warm up, we recovered on the run and headed back to bus drop off parking lot and partnered up for Merkin-Barows where we worked up 5 parking lot lines while descending merkins from 5 to 1. Rinse & repeat for one more round of this because it was too much fun to do only once.

Chilly Broad Jumps:
Once done with Merkin-Barrows, we recovered on the run and headed over to back stretch for Chilly Broad Jumps. With Pax of 16, this moved pretty quickly and each man was able to get in two sets.

3 Stations of pain
Station 1: Pull ups (with partner assistance if needed) working down from 10 to 1.
Station 2: Bear Crawl from back of playground to brick wall / Crawl bear (reverse) back to starting point and do 5 burpees. Repeat and do 4 burpees, etc down to 1.
Station 3: Power Merkins: with partner, working in descending order from 10 to 1.

COT

Clown Bus leaving from U-Turn this Saturday promptly at 5am to head over to downtown Raleigh to take part in the Mule.
Prayers for Banana Seat’s friend Andrew, Brony’s neighbor Kathy Hinkston and our brother Stark as he undergoes testing tonight (28-Feb-2017).

It was a great honor and I am humbled to have had the opportunity to lead the Pax this morning. Also special thanks to those who I know are recovering from injuries yet despite that, still showed up to support me this morning. Those that I know of are Lip Sync and Deadbolt.

Thank you all for the extra push and accountability.
