A balmy Monday 4th of July was to provide the perfect setting for what is truly the perfect F3 workout.  YHC was getting amped in the parking lot when M4L rolled in blaring Kelsea Ballerini.  Although that killed the mood a little bit, it didn’t take long for the testosterone to return.  14 Pax (including 2 FNGS!) rolled in to hit up the Murph.  No warmup, stretch OYO, and we’re off.

  • Run 1 Mile OYO
  • 100 Pullups
  • 200 Pushups
  • 300 Air Squats
  • Run 1 Mile Indian Run (Let it be noted that Radar rucked a 45 lb pack during the runs)
