Memorial Workout to Celebrate the Life of Warchild

To celebrate the life of our brother Alec Romulus (@F3_Warchild), F3 will have a special 1 hour memorial workout led by @F3FreyDaddy on Saturday, 6/22/19 with a start time of 06:16 (6:16 AM ET) at Crystal Pier in Wrightsville Beach.
