10 Pax gathered for a Memorial Day Murph at Mutiny, followed by an F2 at Bagels Plus.  What ensued was a tough workout, but good times were had by all.

Warm Up

  • SSH x 25 IC
  • WIndmill x 10 IC
  • Good Mornings x 10 IC

Murph

  • Run 1 Mile OYO, mosey to playground
  • 100 Pullups, 200 Merkins, 300 Squats split into sets of 10/20/30, respectively.
  • Run 1 Mile Indian Run

Moleskin

From start to finish, it took us about an hour.  It would be hard to complete a full Murph in a 45 minute standard F3 workout, but I believe there is nothing better you can do for special occasions. This was YHC’s first one.  Getting to a point where you could complete this workout in full wearing a 20 lb weight vest could be something to shoot for.
