Memorial Day weekend typically thins the crowd a bit for Catalyst but we still had a PAX of 14 for the last Saturday in May workout. Not a complicated plan and adjusted on the fly to incorporate Cut Me Mick and the no-run workout into the first half. Here’s how it went:

Arm Circles 15 each direction; 10 each direction
Merkins x 30 (because Cut Me Mick just arrived by bicycle)

Head to track area at Carroll
Cut Me Mick led us through an excellent exercise that we did a year ago at Late Night – Partner lat pulls x 10 – repeat for two sets each. My arms are still sore from these.

Head to rock pile – hard to remember exactly what we did here but we passed a lot of rocks and did a bunch of sets
Indian Run out of Carroll parking lot down to parking deck near Chueys stopping along the way for LBCs x 30; Hammer x 30
At base of parking deck – first level wheelbarrows up first ramp with partner plank merkins x 20 at top of ramp; flapjack for next ramp; then backwards run next two ramps; then run to top of deck
Indian Run back to AO with stops along the way for people’s chair sets and maybe something else but can’t remember
Mary – short on time so 50 merkins
