Warmup: SSH, IW, Windmills, Arm Circles forward and backward, Air Squats, Merkins, Mountain Climbers.
Jog to IM soccer field, line up across goal line, do 15 SSH and then sprint across the field to the opposite goal line.
Next 10 SSH and 15 Parker Peters, sprint back to opposite goal.
Next 10 SSH, 10 Peter Parkers and 15 Merkins and sprint to other side.
Sequence continues with 10 each of the previous exercises, adding 15 Low Plank Jacks, Freddie Mercuries, Air Squats, Jump Lunges, Bumpees, a 40-yard Bear Crawl and Carolina Dry Docks.
Afterward mosey to entrance to soccer stadium for two sets of dips on the wall by half the PAX and Peoples’ Chair by the other half.
Indian Run around track one time, then quick session of Mary: LBC, Heels to Heaven, Rocky Balboas, 15 each, ended by stretching.
