With the rainy conditions outside, YHC took the PAX under the shelter for some Nifty Fifty to the tunes of a 33 minute rock & roll playlist. Not knowing how much could be accomplished in 33 minutes, YHC took a conservative approach listing 9 exercises, hoping at least one PAX could complete it. Not only did all PAX complete it, most turned it into the Severe Seventy-Five. Great 33 minute beat down by all.

Reaching the 6:30am mark, we went straight into COT.
