25 Pax showed up on a warm, wet morning to see if someone would show up to Q. Looking at signup sheet on the way home Thursday (and finding 6/3 blank), I decided to write in my name. Let the fun begin!

Warmup: Run from OLL parking lot to Anderson Drive and back. Circle up and:

SSH x 20, Imperial Walker x 20, 10 Burpees OYO, Good Morning x 20, Mountain Climber x 20

Partner up for Partner Chase to first bridge on Greenway. When caught, do 10 prisoner squats

At bridge, Bearcrawl over to other side, Crabwalk back.

Series of Plank holds in area beside bridge.

Fellowship Run to soccer field- visit open field for a series of 11’s. On one sideline- Star Jumps. Run to the other- Diamond Merkins. Do 11’s until exhausted, you lose count, or enough of the group has stopped so you feel OK stopping.

Then time for some Balls to the Wall. Lots of groans on this one (5 count all the way down the line).

Head to picnic shelter. What is is about these shelters that holds in all the humidity from the night before?  Exercises were: Right / Left Stepup x 20, Incline Merkin x 20, Dip x 20, Decline Merkin x 20. Repeat, only with 15 reps instead of 20.

Fellowship run back to bridge- everyone on one side of asphalt to provide access to fellow early morning (or late night?) trail users. Series of ab exercises, but at this point there was too much sweat coming from my head for me to remember what we did.

Indian Run back to Oxford, then kick in a sprint to parking lot.

More ab work in parking lot, then finish with 10 burpees OYO!
