YHC will go out on a limb and say that one benefit of being site Q is that you can get away with posting your Back Blast very, very late. Well, that’s YHC’s story and YHC is stickin’ to it… In any case, this past Wednesday was a beautiful steamy morning, and 31 PAX emerged from the gloom ready to get better.
We had a full stable of veterans this morning, so no disclaimer was needed.
Jog from the Shovel Flag down to the parking lot outside Target for:
- Standard Merkin x 20
- SSH x 20
- LBC x 20
- Mountain Climbers x 20
- Good Morning x 20
- Squat x 20
- Carolina Dry Dock x 20
Jog the road that wraps behind Target, forming 2 lines in plank position. Guy in front sprints to the stop sign at the top of the hill, performs 10 LBCs, then sprints to the back of the line and holds plank position. Go through the whole line. We mixed in some squat holds when shoulders started shaking. Losing team = 20 Burpees. Winning team = 30 Standard Merkins.
Jog from NH across the street to the parking deck behind B. Good. From there, we alternated Bear Crawl and Backwards run up each ramp, stopping at each flat area for 20 LBCs. All the way to the top!
Once the PAX finished, we jogged down the stairwell, and up towards World Of Beer, we mixed in a few King David walks and Lunge Walks. Recover on the run all the way back to the beginning for Mary!
- Does anybody ever beat Cotton? Guy is a machine and of course finished first. On your six:
- American Hammers x 20
- LBC x 20
- Announcements – new AOs appearing at Daniels Middle School and at Green Elementary (Beta) – site names TBD. Daniels’ site Q is Pantyhose. 0545 starts, boot camp formats.
- A few prayers for PAX and acquaintences.
- I believe Cheney took us out today.
