A VSF was planted in the gloom at Old Honeycutt Park. The Sad Clowns continued their parade into the Sad Clown Central, while 3 stalwart PAX committed to do the hard thing. This is how it went.
The Thang
Run around the soccer field and meet a tardy Vaseline for Windmills x 30, Imperial Walkers x 30, Side Straddle Hops x 30 and Mountain Climbers x 20
Step over to the Tennis Courts for some Bear Crawl 2 courts, reverse Bear Crawl 2 courts, Peoples Chair x 60, and Line Jumps x 20 forward and back then side to side. Repeat it. With the PAX totally Larry Birding the Q. But then again it’s standard operating procedure to leave the Q in the dust at Mutiny.
We found a little grass for Mary part 1 which included, Charlotte style Homer to Marge x 20, Dying Cockroach x 20, LBCs x 20, and 6″ Leg Hold x 30.
The Pavilion was a great place for Dips x 20, Single leg squats x 20, Decline Merkins x 20, Regular Squats x 20. Repeat the series using the other leg during Single Leg Squats
We ran the parking lot doing High Knees and Butt Kickers. Then went back to the Pavilion for Incline single arm Merkins x 10 each side. I think we did something else but can’t remember it.
At the Building we did Balls to the Wall x 25 and Squat Hold x 30
And we ended with a little Mary. WWII Sit Ups x230, Hello Dolly x 20, Freddy Mercury x 20, Flutter Kicks x 20, V-Ups x 20

The PAX was strong today, and the Q was not. Comments were made about being able to see improvements in health, strength, and body shape since we started F3 in Southern Wake County. We are still a small group. The PAX invites friends, neighbors, and coworkers, but so far we remain sans FNGs. We will persist. Invitations to the GoRuck and the Third F Dinner were extended. That’d be it.
