10 PAX braved the cold and wet conditions (despite a predicted ice storm from some corners of the news media) to get the week started right in North Hills. YHC attempted to partially mitigate the stigma associated with the famous John Kruk quote about baseball players not being athletes, and thus brought the following:

Head to rock pile to select a rock, then mosey back to lower parking to break into teams of 3 for relay work:

Nice effort by the PAX in the conditions, which became cold, wet, and a slippery at times. No complaining whatsoever about the 100 yd sprints on wet pavement in the rain in 34 degree weather. Aye!
Rumor has it that Big Sproles will be the Q at next Monday’s workout, so let’s get a record turnout.
