After a little fight with food poisoning (thanks Arby’s) and “old man back” (thanks Disney) YHC was back in the game.

Being that it was disturbingly cold, PAX was led on jog to the track.  Trail of Tears and Bataan Death March ensued with PAX alternating between high knees and butt kicks during the “march”.  Recovery jog to the shelter for some Derka Derka Merkins.

3 Sets 15, 10, 5 with a short recovery exercise between each.

Incline, Regular, Decline Merkins followed by Right Leg step ups, then left, then foot release squats.

Lined up on the crosswalk and PAX ran the Merkin Ladder followed by the Squat Ladder. 1 to 11 for a total of 66 of each exercise.

BoM: Praises for no longer pregnant Mrs, prayers for pregnant Mrs, receptive minds and eloquent tongues. Lots of travel this week and prayers for the safety of all.

 

If you kept up counting that was a total of 104 Merkins and 96 squats with a bunch of running in between. I may have forgot a few.
