I was up all night thinking of this workout – didn’t get any sleep – NOT!

Welcome to another installment of the Fitness Test. It had been a while since our last fitness test and I had been hearing some  mumblechatter regarding the matter so I thought I would put that to bed…

There was a brief warmup followed by the exercises as listed below along with everyones performance. However, not all performance is created equal – there are varying degrees of “proper form”, varying degrees of what a “ski-ab” and other exercises really consist of and varying degrees of how to count to 100….. So the results should be used for personal comparison as a PAX comparison is not fair to those who didn’t vary from the required elements…. No call outs required.

YHC subsequently attempts to complete the backblast and commits the unforgivable…..deletion of the voice recording with everyone who was in attendance and how far they got in the challenge…..my bad…write it down for next time. I think everyone was between dry docks and nipplers.

That Thang: to be completed in 45 minutes – we did closer to 40 minutes due to warmup.
