Warm up.

Partner up.

In the ellipse:  25 partner clap merkins, 25 partner clap WWII sit ups.

Run to the dojo.

In the dojo:  partner 1 does 10 burpees while partner 2 chilcutts.  Flap jack until team has completed a total of 60 burpees.

Run to the amphitheater.

In the amphitheater:  bear crawl down the isle way, jog to next isle way, bear crawl back up, jog to next isle way, bear crawl down – continue until gone up or down each isle way.

Go to the stage:

Both partners complete a set of 11’s, exercises: jump ups and dips.

Run back to ellipse and keep rotating through until time called.
