15 for a mid-March Ball Bearings ball buster. No pre runners. 25 degrees and heavy winds made for an arctic like morning. Today’s workout consisted of 3 phases, but first:

Jog down washington st. to the basketball court
SSH 15 IC
GM 15 IC
Merkins 15 IC
Prisoner Squat 15 IC

Mosey up to where, oddly enough, washington st. intersects washington st.

Phase 1:
Light pole suicides up washington st. At 1st light pole start with 4 burpees, 2nd 6 burpees, etc. We made it all the way up to 10 burpees.

When all finished; mosey up the other washington st and halt at wirewood dr.

Phase 2:
Run down to the bottom of wirewood, 10 jump squats/10 monkey humpers, run back to the top of wirewood, 5 burpees/5 hand released merkins, run back down and repeat the above set until time is called. We ran this for about 12-15ish minutes.

When time was called, continue up the other washington st, right in the parking lot by the soccer field, and cut thru to the amphitheater.

Phase 3:
Start in the circle, 10 WW2s-3 box jumps(3rd jump stay on the 2nd level)-10 chilcutt marches IC- 3 box jumps(3rd jump stay on the top level)- 5 burpees at top. 15 derkins going back down. 15 dips IC. We did 3 rounds of this all in my cadences and counts.

No time left and circle up inside of the circle.

Announcements:

-April 8th is the F3 5 year anniversary party at Wendell Gee’s house. Please sign up on the sign up sheet so Linda/Wendell Gee can get a rough estimate for who is attending. It is a coat and tie event and wives will attend.

-Prayers for multiple Pax members who are dealing with family matters and losses.

-15 makes the perfect number for an F3 workout. Not too many and not too small. It was bitterly cold this morning. Only way i know to keep warm in an F3 workout is running and burpees. I think we did enough of both, despite what Myrtle may say. Was great to see White Shoe back in the gloom. Believe he said it was his first post at Ball Bearings since the injury. He looked good out there and BRR ready, despite what Wendell Gee may say. It was my first post with Cotton, and he lived up to what I’ve seen and heard. Him and postfontaine were the front runners. T-claps to Tiny Dancer and Jinkies on their continued posts, and to Maize for bringing the FNG out today. I need to step my FNG invite game up big time. Let’s all do this. The FNG from today was given the name “Takeout Taxi”. He’s name is Kevin Mcmahon and is originally from Kinston. Went to NC State. Name came from the 2nd job he had working for “Takeout Taxi”. Welcome Takeout Taxi and we hope to see him back out here. Thanks for coming out today, and a look forward to Qing out at Ball Bearings again, give the opportunity.
