  • Lumberjack Race: Teams of 6, 3, and 2 carry appropriate sized telephone pole around parking deck.
  • Log PT: Overhead press x20 sec, Two arm push up x10
  • Bear crawl down 5 floors.

Mosey to tennis courts:

  • Heels to Heaven x30
  • LBCs x 30

  • Logs are your friends, you should seek out opportunities to spend time with them whenever you can.
  • As the Pax were making the rounds with the aforementioned telephone poles, a group of fresh faced Wolfpack Battalion R.O.T.C. cadets were being dressed down by their Cadre.  You should have seen the smile on his face as we went by.  I’m betting their morning got worse before it got better.
