Mother nature tried to keep us home this morning, but 12 PAX fought the urge to sleep in and posted at The Forge.

With a last second Q change, YHC elected to change up the pace of this Forge installment. Here’s what we did:

Warm-up (No Good Mornings today)
Jog to Goose Poop Island.
#1  Pull-ups/Burpees/Merkins x5
#2  Pull-ups/Burpees/Merkins x10
#3  Pull-ups/Burpees/Merkins x15

The Thang
Starting at the base of the stairs nearest merry-go-round, the course was laid out.

– Sprint staircase to upper shelter. Merkins x5, Derkins x10, Irkins x15
– Sprint the paved path towards Pullen Rd, to tennis courts. Sprint 3 lengths of the court with LBCs x15 in between.
– Sprint to Goose Poop Island. Repeat warm-up.

Strong work by all; especially an FNG brought out by Invisible Shirt. The rain added a nice challenge to this morning, it started light and ended with a brisk, steady fall. All in all, we hit 2.86 miles and the PAX made it through three rotations.
