24 PAX gathered under the threat of rain and burpees. We experienced a little of both, but more of the latter. It was a brisk 60 degrees this morning, spirits were high, and the mumble chatter was flowing. No FNGs and Ollie rolling in after some EC Rucking, we took to the streets of Cary.
Warm-up – Jog around the block and circle up in the car dealer/body shop/facial saloon parking lot for 20 SSH, 10, GMs, 20 Plank-jacks, 10 IW, 20 Mtn Climbers, 20 Merkins.
The Thang – Jog to Walker/Waldo intersection. Inflatable BLIMPS. 5 Burpees, 10 LBCs, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 star jumps. Run to Academy Street for first exercise. Back down to Waldo for the next. Doing the previous exercises with each new. Plank hold with plank jacks while waiting. Backwards “leisure” run to Academy.
Heading to old Cary High, stopping at each light post for one, double merkin, double jump burpee.
20 Dips, 20 ALRSU, 10 Homer-2-Marge, 20 Dips. 2 Laps of bear crawl up steps and down ramps.
Headed back to church, stopping at each light post for 2 hand release merkins. PLank and Mtn Climbers while we wait for the 6. Another backward “leisure” run to the parking lot.
