Pax runs to the top of the dam.

Pax Lunge Walks across the dam with a few pit stops for..

  • 20 x Merkins
  • 20  x Ski Abs
  • 20 x Buddy Assisted Decline Merkins
  • 20 x Diamond Merkins
  • 20 x Merkins

Pax runs to the open field near the lake and splits into two groups.

Let’s see if those arms still work.

  • Round 1: Group 1 sprints to end of field and Bear Crawls back while Group 2 does AMRAP Merkins.
  • Round 2: Group 1 sprints to end of field and Crab Walks back while Group 2 does AMRAP Wide Grip Merkins.
  • Round 3: Group 1 sprints to end of field and Gorilla Walks back while Group 2 does AMRAP Diamond Merkins.
  • Round 4:  Group 1 Wheelbarrows to end of field and Group 2 Wheelbarrows back.
  • Round 5:  Group 1 Wheelbarrows to end of field and Group 2 Wheelbarrows back.
