Haven’t we all stood around after a workout going we had eighteen but I only have seventeen on my list? I have seen it many times several men standing around and all look over the list several times only to give up and leave the Q in the position of asking and apologizing in the Backblast. Who did I miss? Well that seen was playing out nicely at the Forge this morning only to find out one of the men who looked over the list a couple of times turns out to be the yahoo I was missing. Our “And One” for today is Orwell. We had another “And One” moment today with your Q getting stumped on cadence at one on decline merkins. I would like to thank Fazio (Maize) for this Q’s shining moment today. Gnard Dogg, I feel your pain.
