5 PAX showed up dark and early to pre-burn all the calories sure to be consumed during the Halloween candy hand out, or the obligatory kids candy inspection process. A new PAX joined the group, Micheal Brewer enhance fourth to be known as PBR.

Warm up

Pick up rock from rock pile
Run to concession stand with rocks over head
Squat jumps with rocks x30
wall step up with overhead rock press x30

Run to playground, rocks over head
V-up on swings x30
Monkey bars: pull yourself up and bike your legs (until V-ups group finished)
Rock Burpees (until V-ups group finished)
V-up on swings x15

Run to turf field, rocks over head
100 yard sprint x3

The good news is that we all successfully finished my first Q, the bad news is that nobody tapped out, I feel like I will need to try harder next time!
