11 brave pax showed in the extra gloomy parking lot of West Millbrook this morning.  The light was out so we needed to detour a bit for the workout.  YHC promised a New Year’s celebration, so with no FNG’s, everyone was informed, “if it hurts, keep doing it…that’s that point!”  And we were off…

We moseyed to the track, partnered up.  The music began, and partner 1 ran to the end of the track, partner 2 did merkins. Cumulative to 365.  THAT HURT!
