The Thang:
The Modified Murph (No one came with 20 lbs extra. Maybe next year though…)
- 1 – Mile (Up the hill across Pullen Rd. down to the parking deck take a left then another left then back across Pullen Rd. and head back to the start.
- 100 – Pull Ups
- 200 – Push Ups (Murcans)
- 300 – Squats
- (I broke these down into 5/10/15 results may vary)
- 1 – Mile (Same route as before)
Mary/COT/BOM:
- Lipton and Rice Krispies had the honor of carrying out this duty today.
The 7 of us headed to the Bell Tower off Hillsborough to meet up with our F3 brothers who didn’t DD.

- Celebratory B-day refreshment in honor of Burt provided by Coney.
NMS:
What started last year as an attempt to counteract the abundance of caloric intake due to the nature of this CSAUP event turned into a fun opportunity to get together and promote the F’s. It just so happened that Floppy had scheduled to do The Murph on the same day as the K2C 2015 last year and Burt and I were there for both. Thus the DD challenge was born. Thanks for coming out and helping us get #stronger.
