YHC was happy to Q his second workout and his first at The Forge. The threat of winter weather went ignored, and as expected we stayed dry. All that was left was to keep everyone warm.

EC started at 0530 with 3 PAX (I Like Tacos, Franzia, and Singlewide) in attendance. Blood was flowing as layers began being shed early after a jog around the lake followed by Bear Crawl around the small circle behind the carousel and down the steps and 10 burpees, we repeated it 2 more times with a crab walk and broad jump respectively. We topped off EC with a last run around the lake and made it back just in time to meet the rest of the PAX for a 0545 start.

After a quick disclaimer and something about a monkey and a football the PAX set off for a quick jaunt around the pond before circling up around the stone circle. Where we did:

15 Good Mornings

20 SSH

20 Imperial Walkers

15 Windmills

20 Mt. Climbers and a little bit of planking

The PAX then followed YHC to Goose Poop Island where we all tightly circled up around the gazebo. Every PAX in attendance was overjoyed to complete a pyramid of Pull Ups and Sumo Squats. (1 PU 5 SS, 2 PU, 10 SS, up to 5 and 25 and back down to 1 and 5) It is the belief of YHC that Pull Ups are way underutilized.

We then had a nice Fellowship Jog over to the rock pile by the pool where everyone adopted their very own pet rock for a while. We started off our Forest Gump style rock work out with

15 Curls, 15 Bent Over rows, 15 Tricep Extensions, and 15 Shoulder Presses and repeated it again with 20 of each.

The PAX then very gingerly carried their rocks to the hill adjacent to the Pool parking lot for a love filled set of 11’s with their new stony friends. American Hammers at the bottom and Merkins on the rock at the top. We awaited the rest of the PAX to finish with some Forest and Bubba style back to back peoples chair.

After the rocks were returned and Yoda masterfully shot putted his rock over the dumpster and back into place without cracking any skulls we returned to the parking lot for a quick sprint and some merry that consisted of:

20 Freddie Mercuries

20 Box Cutters

20 Homer to Marges
