26 fully clothed men met at Fred F. Fletcher Park to exercise together.  All kept all clothes on throughout the workout.  It was special.  One FNG present, so full disclaimer* was given and off we go.  Jog to upper parking lot for:

WARM UP:  SSH x 20, Good Morning x 20, Windmill x 20, Fazio’s forward and back.  Short mosey to adjacent field.

AU PAIR 400:  Chippy self-titled the “Chippy 100” a couple of weeks ago and he’s about 1/4 the man I am, hence the Au Pair 400.  Partner up.  One partner does Usain Bolt down and back, other partner does AMRAP merkins.  Switch until 200 merkins done collectively.  Peoples chair while each partner does a down and back.  Repeat with 150 merkins and then 50 burpees.  Recover on the jog down to the stone circle.

HOLE AND THE WALL:  One partner in the “hole”, aka stone circle (timer) and other partner on the wall.  AMRAP dips on the wall while partner in the hole does 20 WWIIs, switch and repeat.  Next set was irkin/box cutters and derkin/LBCs.  Recover on the jog to the lower field.

BASEBALL LADDERS:   One partner hits Hamburger Hill for a burpee Jacobs Ladder (to 5–timer) while the other partner goes around the bases as many times as possible with 20 squats (first base), 10 merkins (second base), 30 Freddies (third base) and 5 burpees (home base). Switcheroo and mosey across the field towards the cars.

MARY: not much time left so LBC and flutters were done.

COT, which included perhaps the worst naming performance in F3 Raleigh history.  There is a serious creativity void at Fred F Fletcher Park on Wednesday mornings.  Welcome FNG Night Deposit, hope you’ll come back despite the utterly uncreative name.
